About these terms
These terms govern your use of ledgerbpo.com and any content, calculators, downloads and forms on it (the “site”). The site is operated by SS Support Network LLC, a company registered in Vancouver, Washington, USA, trading through its LedgerBPO division. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean SS Support Network LLC.
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These are website terms only. If you engage us for bookkeeping, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliation, reporting, payroll support, billing-call or accounting-firm support services, that engagement is governed by a signed master services agreement, statement of work and, where relevant, a data processing agreement and business associate agreement. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed documents control.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or buying our services, learning about accounting and billing topics, or applying for a job. You must not use the site to send spam, scrape content at scale, probe or test our security, upload malicious code, impersonate another person or company, or interfere with anyone else’s use.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through our forms. Please do not send us card numbers, bank credentials, full social security numbers or health records through website forms or email. If we need sensitive information to deliver a service, we will provide a secure method for it.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, or change or remove content, at any time without notice.
Content is general information, not advice
Everything on the site, including articles, guides, glossary entries, comparison pages, country and location pages, research pages and answers from our Compliance Desk, is general information. It is written with care and reviewed by a finance lead, but it is not accounting, tax, legal, financial or investment advice, and it does not create a client relationship.
Tax rules, thresholds, deadlines and software features change, and they vary by country, state, province and circumstance. Before acting on anything you read here, check it against the primary source, such as the IRS, HMRC, the ATO or the CRA, or ask a qualified professional who knows your situation. We are not liable for decisions you make based on site content.
What we do not do
We provide bookkeeping, billing and back-office support. We do not provide attest, assurance or audit services, and nothing we produce is an audit opinion, review report or compilation report. We do not sign tax returns. In the United States we provide tax preparation support for accounting firms; the firm reviews and signs, and any return information sent to our team outside the US requires IRS §7216 consent obtained by the firm. In Canada we provide preparation support for the client’s CPA; only registered EFILE transmitters file returns. In Australia we prepare BAS workpapers for your TPB-registered BAS agent or accountant; we do not prepare or lodge BAS. In the United Kingdom we prepare VAT workings and drafts; the client or its accountant submits.
We never move money. The client approves and releases every payment from its own bank or payment platform. Our billing-call agents contact your customers under your brand and never store card data. We are not a debt collection agency and do not act as one.
Calculators and estimates
Cost, savings, AR-days and similar calculators on the site produce estimates from the figures you enter and from published benchmarks with a stated source. They are for illustration only. They are not a quote, an offer or a guarantee of any result, and they may not reflect your circumstances. Pricing for our services depends on volume and scope, and we provide a custom quote within 1 business day on request.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, page designs, process names such as LedgerDesk, CloseTrack, DunningDesk, ReconBot, BillingLine and Compliance Desk, and the LedgerBPO and SS Support Network names and logos, are owned by SS Support Network LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view, print and share short extracts for personal or internal business use, with attribution and a link to the source page. You may not republish, sell, or use our content to train commercial models or build competing products without written permission. Third-party product names such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, Sage, Bill.com, Karbon, Shopify and Amazon belong to their owners, and their appearance on the site does not imply endorsement or partnership.
If you send us feedback or suggestions about the site or our services, we may use them without obligation to you.
Third-party links and tools
The site links to third-party websites, software vendors, regulators and sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or accuracy. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Booking, form and analytics tools embedded on the site are operated by third parties under their own terms, and our privacy policy explains what they collect.
Comparison and research pages
Our comparison pages describe other providers using their public websites and third-party reports, with a source and date noted. Prices and features change, and we may not catch every update. If you represent a company described on the site and believe something is inaccurate, email us and we will review and correct it under our corrections policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right that applicable consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law and UK consumer law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SS Support Network LLC, its owners, staff and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site or its content, even if we were told such loss was possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount set out here. Liability under a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this section.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SS Support Network LLC against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the site, including cookies and consent, international transfers to our second office in Pakistan, and your rights under US state laws, UK GDPR, EU GDPR, PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25 and the Australian Privacy Act. By using the site you acknowledge that policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the UK, the EU, Canada or Australia, you keep any right to bring proceedings in your home courts that local law gives you.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms. If we make a material change, we will note it on this page.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
