Our approach
We publish figures, deadlines and comparisons that people use to make decisions, so we treat errors seriously. When we get something wrong, we fix the page, record the change here, and where the error was material we flag it at the top of the page for 30 days. We do not quietly edit published facts.
What counts as a correction
A correction is any change to a published fact, figure, date, name, price or compliance statement that was wrong at the time of publication. Routine updates, such as refreshing a benchmark when the source publishes new data, are noted in the pageβs review date rather than in this log. Typos and formatting fixes are not logged. When a third-party source changes after we quoted it, we update the quote, keep the original date beside it, and note the change at the foot of the page. Style edits, refreshed screenshots and added examples are not corrections and are not logged, although the updated date on the page still moves.
Who can ask for a correction
Anyone. Readers, clients, the providers we compare, journalists and regulators all use the same address, and a request from a competitor named on a comparison page is handled exactly like any other: we check the primary source, not who asked. We do not remove accurate statements because a company would prefer they were not published, and we do not add promotional wording in exchange for a correction.
How to report an error
Email support@ledgerbpo.com with the page address, the statement you believe is wrong, and, if you have one, the source that shows the correct information. If you represent a company described on one of our comparison pages, please say so.
We acknowledge reports within 2 business days. The pageβs reviewer checks the claim against the primary source. If the report is confirmed, we correct the page and add an entry below. If we disagree, we reply with our reasoning and the source we relied on.
