Dedicated accountant or agent
Best when: You want one person who knows your business, in your hours.
Full-time (about 160 hours) or part-time (about 80 hours) per month, plus backup and team lead. Scope can span bookkeeping, AR, AP and close.
Less suited when: Very low volumes where a bundle is cheaper.
Books and billing bundle
Best when: A small business that wants the books, invoices and collections done for a flat fee.
Bookkeeping, invoicing, reminders, reconciliation and monthly close, priced by transaction band; reviewed quarterly.
Less suited when: Businesses with heavy call volume, which suits a desk.
AR desk or BillingLine desk
Best when: Receivables or billing questions are the pain, not the ledger.

Frequently asked questions
Can I mix models?
Yes. A common shape is a books-and-billing bundle plus an AR desk for calls, or a firm pod plus a fixed project for a backlog. The quote shows each part separately so you can see what you are paying for.
What is included with every model?

How do I change model later?
With a month’s notice. Bundles move between bands on quarterly volume reviews; desks and pods add or remove seats; projects convert to a monthly model when they finish.
Do you offer a pilot?
Pilots are scoped inside the custom quote, typically a defined batch of work or a handful of files over one cycle. Terms are confirmed in writing before the pilot starts.
