Our commitment
SS Support Network LLC, trading as LedgerBPO, wants everyone to be able to use ledgerbpo.com, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or reduced-motion settings. We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the site.
Measures we have taken
- A skip link at the top of every page lets keyboard users jump straight to the main content.
- Pages use semantic landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and a logical heading order so assistive technology can move through them.
- Every interactive element has a visible focus indicator, and focus order follows the reading order.
- Buttons, links and form controls have a minimum target size of 44 by 44 pixels.
- Animations and transitions respect the operating-system reduced-motion setting.
- Images carry descriptive alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Text and interface colors meet the WCAG contrast ratios in both light and dark themes.
- Forms have visible labels, clear error messages and no time limits.
- Content is written in plain language at a reading level suitable for a general business audience.
- The site works at 400 percent zoom and on narrow screens without horizontal scrolling.
- Calculators and tools can be operated with a keyboard alone.
Conformance status
We are targeting WCAG 2.2 AA. A full audit with assistive technology has not yet been completed, so we describe the site as partially conformant until it is.
Known limitations
Our September 2026 audit (axe-core and Lighthouse on 18 template samples, plus keyboard and screen-reader checks) found no critical or serious issues. Two limitations remain: the third-party booking calendar on the book-a-call page is an embedded widget whose internal controls we do not own, so we also provide a plain form on the same page; and the animated explainers and the live reconciliation graphic are decorative, so they stop and show their content as static text when your system asks for reduced motion. Data tables on research and pricing pages scroll sideways on small screens and can be reached with the keyboard.
Third-party content
Some parts of the site, such as the call-booking widget, the consent banner and embedded maps, are provided by third parties. We choose providers that publish accessibility information, but we cannot fully control their output. If one of these blocks you, contact us and we will offer another way to complete the task, such as booking by email or phone.
Technical specification
The site is built with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, and with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver.
