# Owner-operated since 2020

LedgerBPO is the accounting and billing division of SS Support Network LLC, a BPO company registered in Vancouver, Washington, with a second office in Pakistan. Owner-operated since 2020 with no venture funding, the company grew from a healthcare back-office team into three brands: SS Support Network for healthcare, TransportBPO for ground transportation, and LedgerBPO for books, billing and receivables.

## Where we came from

SS Support Network started in 2020 running the back office for healthcare and transportation operators in the United States: claims, invoicing, receivables, credentialing and the phone lines behind them. The books had to reconcile to the remittances, so bookkeeping and month-end close were part of the work from the first client.

LedgerBPO is that capability offered on its own: dedicated remote accountants and billing agents for businesses and accounting firms in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. The sister brands stay close. Healthcare billing is delivered with SS Support Network; transportation clients share TransportBPO’s dispatch desk.
